How you live affects your very life force on a daily basis. This means understanding the types of food, beverages, and choices that you need to make in order to improve your overall wellbeing. Your life force goes beyond the physical into the mental and emotional so that you reap the benefits across the board. Of course, to get this energy flow moving at a more efficient rate you will need to consume the right foods and beverages along with getting back to nature when it comes to your mental and spiritual side.

The food you eat provides the energy you need to get through your day. So, you’ll want to eat the right type of food that provides the best energy which will augment your own life force, improve the positive vibrations, and result in the least amount of toxins or waste that slows you down.

Unprocessed, natural foods tend to be the best when it comes to providing the energy that you need. You’ll want to consume a healthy amount of proteins, good carbohydrates, and fats which provide what your body needs to fuel itself for the day.

Basically, you’ll want to start by including more fruits and vegetables in your daily meals, particularly if they are fresh as they provide a considerable amount of positive life force for you day. Over the past century there has been widespread use of chemicals in the food supply designed to minimize the effects of insect infestation and to preserve the food for as long as possible. While the use the chemicals were noble in intention, the result has been damaging effect on the life force of many millions of people. The overall negative effect has been such that there is a great need to minimize your exposure to the types of foods and products that have these artificial chemicals. We find the chemicals in the food we eat, the water we drink, and even in the air that we breathe. Plus, many cosmetic, body, and skin care products also contain harmful chemicals that can do long term damage to your health and wellbeing.

You should do your research to ensure that the products you use are safe and natural such as bath and body, skin care and makeup products. Spend Time with Nature

It’s important to take the time to vacation once, twice, or more each year in a calm, natural setting in order to boost your overall life force.
